As Chairman Emeritus, Bill Law has been the guiding force in the development of the Atlanta office of Colliers International into one of Atlanta's top full service commercial and industrial real estate, mortgage banking, development and management firms.

Accomplishments

Mr. Law has continued to maintain an active participation in client transactions in addition to his management role. His more noteworthy deals include: assemblage of the Northeast Atlanta Industrial Park (118 acres); sale of the Life of Georgia Building (One Georgia Center), $27 million; sale of Executive Park, $52 million; assemblage of the Life of Georgia Headquarters site; sale of Peachtree Dunwoody Pavilion; assemblage of the Ralston Purina Production site (80 acres); assemblage of land for Midtown Plaza One and Two; Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue, 130,000 square foot office lease; WestWayne, 25,000 square foot office lease; the sale of the Federated Department Stores land in downtown Atlanta to Prentiss Properties for the Atlanta Federal Center; and developer of the 45,000 square foot home office building 1315 Peachtree for Invesco.
