Valuation Services Director
Brad Kramer re-joined Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in September 2017 as a Valuation Services Director. His primary focus is on the valuation of office and retail properties in Georgia and the southeast.
Previously, Brad was a Senior Director with Cushman & Wakefield's Valuation & Advisory practice, where he was a member of the Office Building Group upon joining in March 2010. His focus was on appraisal and consulting assignments involving CBD, suburban, medical, and GSA-leased office properties. Additional valuation experience includes industrial buildings, shopping centers, restaurants, branch banks, apartment communities and student housing developments, vacant land and development sites, mixed-use developments, and ground leases. He has also appraised numerous specialty-use properties including a former Major League Baseball stadium, a college campus, a design center/showroom complex, and several off-airport parking facilities and parking garages. Furthermore, he has completed appraisals utilized for litigating fair compensation associated with condemnation.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Brad was a Valuation Analyst with Colliers International (f/k/a FirstService PGP Valuation). He was also a Project Manager with a national firm that provided property assessment and consulting services, including property condition assessments, construction draw and monitoring evaluations, and project document reviews for all major asset classes.
Brad is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI) and a certified general real property appraiser in multiple states. He holds a bachelor's degree in building construction from Georgia Institute of Technology, with honor, and a master's degree in real estate from Georgia State University.
