Brandon has played a role in some of the most notable Portland metro area office transactions in recent years. He was part of a team that represented the owner in the lease-up of the MachineWorks Building, a 209,000 sf Pearl District office building that delivered in 2009; tenants include Microsoft, the Indian Health Service and McCormick & Schmick’s.

Accomplishments

Brandon has been involved in the leasing and sale of nearly 600,000 sf of office and flex space valued at more than $62 million.

Brandon holds a degree in communications/business from Oregon State University. He is a licensed real estate broker in Oregon.

Q2 2020 Portland Metro Office Report
Limited new supply buffered the negative impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on absorption, with vacancy for the Portland market increasing 20 basis points over the quarter to 10.9%, the highest it has been since Q1 2014. The negative 38K SF of net absorption is an improvement over the year, since Q2 2019 saw negative 120K SF. Asking rates across the region increased 8.1% over the year and 1.8% over the quarter.
