Professional Summary

I am a Senior Brokerage Associate of Colliers International | South Carolina and a member of the Colliers International Office Services Group. I joined Colliers in 2012, working as a Brokerage Assistant and Marketing Coordinator. In April of 2015, I transitioned into office brokerage, specializing in office leasing and sales in the Greenville, SC market. I have since represented multiple local ownership entities, regional and national REITs and private equity entities in strengthening the value of their assets. In addition to owner representation, my team also works with purchasers and tenants seeking to acquire office space. We are responsible for the leasing of over 1,500,000 square feet of office properties in the market. 

Utilizing my marketing background, I am able to think creatively and provide effective solutions for rebranding and repositioning assets in our portfolio. 

In 2016 and 2017, my team completed more than $130,000,000 in transactional volume.

Accomplishments

In 2016 and 2017, I received the Production Award for Colliers International | South Carolina. I was also named a 2016 and 2017 CoStar Power Broker for both office leasing transactions and office sales transactions in the Greenville market.

I am an active member of CREW Upstate serving on the Board of Directors and Chair of the Programs Committee. I am also a member of the Clemson University Young Alumni Association. I support the United Way as a Loaned Executive and am a member of the United Way Young Philanthropists Council. I am also a current Palmetto Society member.

Education

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Clemson University in Marketing with a double minor in Communications Advertising and Health Science. While attending Clemson University, I worked as a Marketing Intern with Cargo in Greenville, SC. Upon graduation, I worked as the Marketing Specialist for Coldwell Banker Caine in Greenville, where I designed marketing and promotional materials for properties across the Upstate.
