Brian has always been drawn to the commercial real estate industry, and he is grateful for the opportunity his clients give him to help them solve their real estate challenges. As a principal within Colliers | Chicago’s Industrial Advisory group, Brian is responsible for representing companies in the acquisition, disposition, leasing and development of industrial real estate throughout North America. In his role, he also specializes in brokering multi-market transactions as well as big-box industrial property. Throughout his career, he has completed transactions valued in excess of $1 billion.

Brian is proud to lead a team of four professionals who serve as advisors to the top industrial clientele in North America, which includes both occupiers and investors. His team maintains strong relationships with their clients regardless of whether there is a deal to be made. They are humbled by clients who consistently tell them that they are easy to work with, dedicated, nimble and trustworthy.

Additionally, he is a member of the Colliers Industrial Advisory Group (IAG), an initiative focused on developing best practices across North America for the firm’s corporate industrial clientele. He is also a board member of the Chicago chapter of NAIOP, the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. He is also a member of Colliers Logistics and Transportation Solutions group, a team whose primary focus is supply chain design and management.
