I have extensive experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing and construction supplies and this experience has given me the capacity to understand every aspect of my client’s current or potential needs.
Throughout my career, I have completed over 1,300 transactions for over 8,000,000 square feet of space, totaling in excess of $900 million in consideration. I’ve had the honor of being named as a top broker and has been award the “Best of the Best” award for a number of years in a row. Throughout my career, I’ve been able to retain a large number of clients, some of which I’ve been working with for over a decade which shows my dedicated to their overall success.
My ability to identify opportunities that many brokers would miss proves that I’m an invaluable asset to my clients when it comes to their real estate needs and strategic decisions. I have the market knowledge to acquire land, select a developer, architect and general contractor and to also negotiate favorable lease terms.
