As a Client Services Coordinator, Caitlin focuses exclusively on marketing initiatives for the office brokerage team. She designs and manages a variety of marketing and promotional materials and provides additional brokerage support services to ensures every client's needs are met.
Prior, Caitlin served as the Office Support Specialist at Colliers | Wisconsin, managing all Colliers listings and supporting brokers from all teams for various projects, tracking and coordinating real estate signage, creating marketing and promotional materials and coordinating brokerage and all-company events.

Margaret leads Colliers | Wisconsin’s Marketing and Research Group. In her role, Margaret is responsible for the creation of business development and marketing materials, oversees the marketing and research platform, and provides interpretation and analysis of market trends to bolster the efforts of our advisors and clients. In addition, Margaret is responsible for leading the overall vision of the marketing and research platform, including its conversion to a distinct service line within our family of companies. Stepping outside of the traditional marketing and research role, Margaret’s team analyzes, interprets and presents data holistically in effort to guide more effective decision making for real estate owners, end users and community members.

Lyle is involved in all aspects of real estate advisory work but focuses primarily on corporate solutions, tenant representation, site selection and landlord representation. Lyle’s experience on both sides of the transaction coupled with Colliers’ full service platform allow his clients to benefit from a 360-degree perspective to the real estate process.
Lyle has earned a reputation as an industry leader and “go to” broker because of the intensity and creativity he brings to each transaction. He has developed an extensive research and analytics group, firmly believing that real estate decisions should be informed by reliable data and customized analysis.
Before his career in real estate Lyle was a sales manager for national marketing company where he was responsible for leading a sales force of over one hundred representatives. Lyle has carried this experience to real estate both in negotiating transactions and building a successful brokerage company.

Dan specializes in, and leads, the Office Agency Leasing Group for the Wisconsin market with a specific focus on institutional clients. He has a successful track record with the rebranding and lease-up of an array of suburban and CBD office projects. Dan’s ability to understand the unique aspects of each asset and communicate those attributes to the marketplace in an effective and targeted manner has provided his clients with an unmatched level of service and overall results.

Mike specializes in landlord representation with an emphasis in the downtown Milwaukee central business district (CBD). Mike is currently responsible for the brokerage services of over one and half million square feet market wide. His areas of expertise include; leasing and sales of commercial office investments, corporate owner and tenant representation, research analysis and Argus modeling.
Mike is a graduate of the Marquette University Business School, with a double major in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. He has remained active in the program and serves on the Marquette Center for Real Estate Board.

Salvatore Strehlow is an Associate in Colliers International's Milwaukee office and is currently working with the office brokerage team. Prior to working at Colliers, Sal worked as an Analyst for BMO-Harris in the Institutional Real Estate Group, and for Integra Realty Resources a Commercial Real Estate Appraisal firm.
Sal got his start in real estate while attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he purchased his first of several investment properties in 2002. Serving as Landlord, and Investment Manager, Sal has extensive knowledge about the entire real estate transaction process, as well as the many intricacies of tenant relations.
Sal is a UWM graduate with a BA in Finance and Certificates in both Real Estate and Social Media.
Ben is involved in all aspects of real estate advisory work but specifically focuses on office sales and leasing on a local, regional, national, and international level, with a primary focus on tenant representation and occupier services.
Ben is a founding member of Colliers International | Wisconsin’s Occupier Advisors group and is one of the leaders in business development, active pursuits, and deal volume.
Throughout his career Ben has completed over 1,300,000 SF in transactions.
Through his involvement in various organizations and nonprofits he has built and continues to maintain many significant relationships with Milwaukee area business leaders.
Ben has a background in finance and consumer behavior and a bachelors degree from the University of Wisconsin | Whitewater.
Brandon's area of focus is corporate advisory, tenant representation and corporate solutions. With each client relationship, Brandon takes a holistic approach to ensure their real estate and workplace strategy compliments their business objectives.
Prior to joining Colliers, Brandon spent over 15 years working with Fortune 1000 companies and regional healthcare systems on identifying challenges with critical business processes and implementing strategic cost reduction initiatives to improve operational efficiencies throughout the organization.
Brandon is continuously expanding his real estate knowledge base and business network in order to better serve his clients.
MacKenzie focuses on tenant representation and occupier services for the leasing of office space in Milwaukee and other surrounding areas. This includes representing tenants with their office lease renewal, renegotiation, or relocation options. MacKenzie is continuously working to expand her real estate knowledge and business networks in order to best serve her clients and exceed expectations. Growing up in the Milwaukee area and later attending the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee has allowed MacKenzie to develop a thorough knowledge of Milwaukee and the surrounding areas.
