As Manager, Marketing & Operations, I work closely with Brian Hurtuk, Managing Director for the Colliers | Cleveland-Akron office, to oversee the marketing department, implement marketing strategies, and create organizational objectives to help accelerate the success of the Cleveland-Akron Office. I oversee the day to day operations and work as a member of the management team to create a culture that supports the company's core values of Service, Expertise, Community, and Fun.
In my previous role as a Marketing Specialist for the Colliers International | Cleveland - Akron office, I specialized in CRE property marketing with an emphasis in branding, photography and visual design. I was responsible for the marketing and promotion of the Office and Industrial Service Groups, including the creation and maintenance of promotional flyers, proposals, offering memorandums, BOVs, and additional sales tools, used by the brokerage team to assist with property marketing, new business development, and retention of existing business.

Brian A. Hurtuk, a 35 year veteran of commercial real estate, serves as Managing Director | Principal for Colliers International in Cleveland-Akron. In his role, Mr. Hurtuk provides the guidance and leadership necessary to elevate the Colliers International brand to a wide variety of clients. Mr. Hurtuk's prime focus is on recruting and business development as Market Leader for the Cleveland-Akron office originally launched in July 2012 which now boasts 45-professionals working throughout northeast Ohio.
Creating high-quality, engaging marketing collateral that accurately conveys property information in an easy to digest, aesthetically-pleasing format is my passion. Commercial real estate property investors rely on this valuable information to make educated decisions regarding investment opportunities.
As a Marketing Specialist with the Cleveland office of Colliers International, I use my high-level skill and expertise in Adobe software including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator to support the Capital Markets team that specializes in advising buyers and sellers on the acquisition and disposition of Multifamily and Self Storage properties.
Prior to joining Colliers International in May 2015, I began my career in the industrial roofing industry where I served as a Sales and Marketing Assistant for nineteen years supporting a National Sales director and 60 sales representatives across the country. I appreciate that my beneficial experience has enabled me to collaborate with incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, top-notch experts in their field, and has taught me the importance of taking initiative, pulling together as a team to achieve goals, and providing the best service and most effective solutions possible to satisfy our clients. I'm thankful to be immersed in this multifaceted industry and driven to enhance my knowledge and skills daily.
As a Marketing Specialist for the Cleveland office, I am responsible for the creation and implentation of company marketing strategies that assist the company and the retail team by enhancing their presence in the local market. Property Auctions also have been introduced to our office, I work with the professionals with marketing and creating websites for due diligence booklets and videos. I also work closely with my team on maintaining the social media marketing for the office. I also work closely with my teams in publishing and developing newsletters.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2018, I have worked as a Graphic Designer for an advertising company as well as the Marketing Director for a non-profit theatre company.
As a Marketing Specialist for Colliers International | Cleveland, I am responsible for providing my team of real estate brokers with high quality marketing materials that helps them to provide value to their clients. I spend my workday creating original and on-brand property flyers, tour books, client need campaigns and new listing email campaigns, as well as any other collateral the brokers or their clients may ask for. When I am not at work, I enjoy exploring the Metroparks, watching various genres of movies, painting and reading.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2019, I was as an intern for Festival Country Indiana. In this position, I worked to grow tourism in Johnson County by connecting with local businesses and event guests, as well as creating original advertisements for various platforms and running their social media. My diverse work experience has made it easy for me to be adaptable in my work environments and my extensive background with Adobe Creative Suite has allowed me to bring ideas to life.
As a Research Analyst with Colliers International Cleveland | Akron, Andy is responsible for the aggregation, analysis, interpretation and reporting of market research data. He conducts research within the commercial real estate industry by using a variety of resources to gather specific property data and market information for use in reports, publications, and proposals to better serve our clients. Andy strives to provide quick and accurate information to our brokers. Additionally he oversees the creation of sales and lease comps and maintains the database that collects information on properties in the local market.
Andy graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor's of Urban Planning, and is a certified Economic Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council. During his time at UC he completed co-ops with the Downtown Cleveland Alliance and Keep Cincinnati Beautiful. Since graduation, he has worked for Mt. Pleasant NOW Development Corporation, LAND Studio, and Slavic Village Development.
