Professional Summary

I have over 20 years of experience in marketing, advertising and brand development with a focused practice in commercial real estate. I currently serve as Director of Marketing and Research for the Minneapolis-St. Paul office of Colliers International. In this role, I am responsible for developing and implementing enhanced marketing, branding and communication strategies in support of the companies' integrated service lines in the commercial real estate industry.

I am a seasoned marketing and design professional with the ability to manage and execute strategic plans that focus on building brand awareness and exposure. My dedication to innovation has supported targeted programs that showcase effective communication of core strengths and key differentiators. I possess both strategic and creative skills and am able to translate these skills into a collaborative, big picture vision that sets the foundation for a strong Business-to-Business marketing platform that serves not only Colliers’ employees, but our clients as well. 

I have created numerous successful property marketing campaigns for Minneapolis CBD clients, notable examples include; bringing T3, a spec office development, to market in downtown Minneapolis with an entire 360 degree marketing plan and execution, and repositioning the former, lagging Block E building, back to market as the remodeled, revitalized and rebranded Mayo Clinic Square. I was also involved in the development of a strategic marketing tactical plan for the iconic IDS Center and created an optimized marketing communications plan for broker and prospect outreach for the 33 S. 6th building also in the Minneapolis CBD.

In my former role as marketing lead for the Minneapolis office of Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), I was instrumental in launching initiatives that focused on brand awareness and exposure for JLL in the Midwest region. As a previous business owner with an established local and national client-base, I also worked as a marketing and design consultant for Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq and United Properties providing identity development, property marketing campaigns, publication design and new business support. In my most recent role, I served as Marketing Manager for Cuningham Group Architecture, Inc. In addition to my extensive knowledge of traditional and digital marketing platforms, my previous agency background in retail, healthcare, technology and hospitality offers further insight into an expanding portfolio of services for Colliers International.

I currently serve as an active participant in MNCAR, NAIOP and the Minneapolis Downtown Council and I have volunteered for the American Heart Association, Second Harvest Heartland, Cookie Cart and Taste of the NFL’s Kick Hunger Challenge.
