As the GIS Lead for the Atlanta office, Caroline transforms geospatial data into maps and narratives that aid decision-making for Colliers brokers and their clients across all asset classes. She also researches the latest technologies in commercial real estate, keeping her team informed about the newest data resources and most innovative tools for location analytics. Caroline often collaborates with Colliers marketing specialists to create compelling visual content for pitch books, presentations, and reports. She has worked on a variety of projects for local, regional, and national clients and advises on Colliers’ national GIS initiatives.
Caroline holds a master’s degree in city and regional planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Florida State University. Prior to joining the Colliers team, Caroline worked in Georgia Tech’s Center for Spatial Planning Analytics and Visualization. She has also held prestigious internship positions in engineering and GIS at Walt Disney World (architecture & facilities engineering and facility asset management) and Norfolk Southern (positive train controls systems).
