Caroline has been actively involved in the operations of Colliers International for over twenty years. Originally hired by the company as a bookkeeper on a contract basis, she now serves as chief operating officer. Caroline also serves as Colliers Administrator and MCA Coordinator. Prior to joining Colliers, Caroline was employed by an independent investor, her duties focusing on accounting and taxes. In addition, she worked as a special project technical assistant with Aramco Services Company, the American subsidiary of the Saudi national oil company.

Pat is the managing director of brokerage services in Houston for Colliers International. Pat has over 37 years of experience in commercial real estate as a producing broker, educator, sales manager and managing broker. Pat relocated to Houston from Florida where he served as President of the Colliers offices in Tampa Bay, Orlando and Southwest Florida.
Pat started his career as Director of Marketing for a real estate data base company where he spent three years interviewing top brokerage houses throughout the United States and assisted in their automation needs as a consultant and instructor. As President of the Colliers Houston office, he has direct responsibility for recruiting, training and managing the sales and leasing teams, property management and business plan creation and coordination for the company.
Accounting Associate | Houston
Brynn Siniaho is an accounting associate for Colliers International Houston. She processes and creates commission invoices, handles accounts payable and receivables, prepares a month end cash flow report, monthly broker expense invoices and year end 1099 tax forms. She is also responsible for updating and managing the company multi-city reference tool website as well as creating or supplying brokers reports, invoices, or any other detail they have requested.
Brynn worked as an office assistant/assistant bookkeeper from February 2010 until September 2014 when she joined the Colliers International team. She is knowledgeable in bookkeeping and accounting skills such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, month end reporting, account reconcilement, and budget preparation.
Accounting Administrator | Houston
Cindy joined Colliers International in 2014 as the accounting administrator. She brings a diverse background with over 37 years of work experience that spans the fields of oil and gas, property management computer software, property management, commercial construction, commercial development, commercial brokerage activities, payroll and human resource services.
Her duties at Colliers utilize the vast accounting experience Cindy has gained throughout her career. At Colliers, she oversees the accounting process while reconciling banking activities, compiling commission reporting, processing advisor commission payments, inputting payroll data, preparing monthly financial statements, coordinating the annual budget and organizing, and issuing annual 1096/1099 forms.
While at Colliers, Cindy has brought professionalism and stability to the accounting group. She views the position as offering excellent customer service to her clients, the advisors and staff within the Houston and Austin offices. Cindy’s goal is to thrill her clients with accurate and timely information.
Chief Marketing Officer | Houston
Crissy develops and expands Colliers International's Houston and Austin platforms via a multitude of marketing channels including colliers.com, social media, graphic design, business proposals, and events. She is responsible for marketing business plans, systems, onboarding, and professional communications including budget, proposals, responses to RFPs, public relations, advertising, and property listings.
Crissy designs and conducts in-house training programs to elevate staff knowledge and to enhance new business skills. She organizes and executes company events and recognition programs to support and promote a positive work culture.
In 2013, Crissy was honored to receive the Colliers International Marketer of the Year award. In 2015, the Houston office took home the Best Market Intelligence Initiative. As a team, the Houston office continues to be recognized for marketing and research initiatives year after year.
Director of Market Research | Houston
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research bringing 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually which include quarterly reports on Houston’s retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials in support of the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers International Editorial Board, the Colliers International U.S. Research Council, is a Colliers Center of Excellence team member and is a recipient of the Colliers International Researcher of the Year Award.
