Caroline Garnett’s responsibilities include operational accounting as well as the financial reporting for a portfolio of approximately 1,700,000 square feet of Class A office space.  Caroline is responsible for monthly general ledger review, budget variance analysis, preparing monthly financials, cash management, and financial reporting for the asset manager.  She is also responsible for calculating operating expenses and completing annual budgets.

Caroline received a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Prior to joining Colliers, Caroline served as a Senior Treasury Analyst for ADTRAN, Inc., a publicly traded company, wherein she managed day-to-day treasury operations, monthly accounting for a portfolio of roughly $450 million in cash and investments, and financial reporting related to investments.                                

Caroline serves as a member of the  Junior League of Huntsville board.
