Catherine's responsibilities include due diligence, executing the team's proposals, projects, and presentations, and maintaining all necessary client services.
Prior to joining Colliers, Catherine worked as a Business Development intern at Bellecci & Associates assisting with client services, project management, analysis, marketing, and maintaining business development and master project reports.

Joe brings more than seven years of real estate experience in brokerage, acquisition, development and construction for various different product types. His responsibilities include overseeing the analysis, research, due diligence and transaction management for commercial properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, Sacramento and the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to joining Colliers in late 2016, Joe worked for WD Land (a boutique land brokerage company in Southern California) providing advisory & brokerage services to a clientele of institutional investors, developers, and homebuilders. During his tenure, he successfully sourced and created infill development opportunities for multi-family and single-family projects including a 53-unit townhome development in Orange County. Joe has also worked on the principal side of the business for Trammell Crow Residential, where he was involved with the Project Management and Engineering of over 1,000 units in Southern California. Prior to his real estate career in the USA, Joe worked as an Associate for an architecture firm in his native town of Cardiff in the United Kingdom. There he focused on everything from project management to design for residential, retail and hospitality projects.

Jeremy Thornton

Mr. Thornton has 20+ years experience in the sourcing and structuring of debt and equity capital for commercial real estate transactions nationally and internationally with over $6.5 billion in successfully completed assignments in his career. His expertise encompasses a wide spectrum of transaction types including financing for new construction, acquisition, and recapitalization of all major commercial property types including office, retail, industrial, multifamily and hospitality.
Having served as a principal on the lending, ownership and brokerage sides of the commercial real estate industry during the course of his career, Mr. Thornton brings a wealth of knowledge and offers a unique 360 degree perspective to real estate capital markets transactions. He previously held positions with Deutsche Bank, Berkshire Mortgage Finance, Strategic Realty Capital and Palmer Capital Inc.
Mr. Thornton has extensive long-standing relationships with a diverse base of domestic and foreign capital sources including insurance companies, pension funds, commercial and investment banks, foreign banks, conduits, commercial mortgage REITs, opportunity funds, and credit companies. Winston Lee

Mr. Lee brings 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance across the entire capital stack- from equity raises, debt placements and JV equity structures. Prior to joining Colliers, Mr. Lee started his career on the lender and principal side of the business, where he brings extensive acquisition and development experience in retail, multi-family and office properties from a privately-held real estate firm. His entrepreneurial ventures include being a senior member on a 21-acre mixed used development in Riverside, CA; a repositioned vacant K-Mart shopping center in Palmdale, CA; and 139-units of ground-up luxury apartments across four projects in Los Angeles, CA. While on the principal side, Mr. Lee has also negotiated and executed leases with some notable tenants including: Kaiser Permanente, Ashley Furniture, Walgreens, County of Riverside-Department of Social Services, Panda Express, T-Mobile and Coffee Bean.
On the lender side, Mr. Lee served as a Corporate Banking Officer for Comerica Bank in their Real Estate Group and financed construction and land development loans for many of LA’s largest real estate developers. In addition to his real estate experience, Mr. Lee was a successful start-up founder of a consumer product and brand where he grew annual sales to $2.5 million and gained distribution into more than 1,000 stores including Costco, Target, and Whole Foods. His talents and background adds tremendous value to the team and offers a unique perspective to every capital markets assignment.
