Senior Client Services Specialist
Casey Anderson provides marketing, administrative, project management, transaction management, business development, event planning and client relationship support to Colliers International’s highest-producing Puget Sound office brokerage team. She is an invaluable resource in the fast-paced day-to-day operations and activities of this senior-level team, which focuses on the representation of trophy properties and institutional landlords in the greater Seattle region. In the past three years, her understanding of the real estate business, ability to translate ideas into compelling materials, and seamless execution of marketing strategies has helped them win 15 new agency assignments and complete more than 1.5 million square feet of leasing and sales transactions in the Puget Sound and across the United States.
Ms. Anderson has more than five years of commercial real estate experience. She joined Colliers in 2013 as a front desk coordinator, and through performance excellence, earned several promotions to achieve her current position. Ms. Anderson has coordinated multi-faceted marketing campaigns for available space, organized and hosted 30 events attended by more than 100 professionals, conducted market research, developed pitch concepts and materials, created and designed multi-channel property marketing collateral, envisioned and directed the production of property and team videos, and managed both property and team marketing budgets, among other tasks.

As one of the most active office brokers in the Seattle market, Greg represents both landlords and tenants as well as being active in the investment market. He has most recently been named a 2010 CoStar Power Broker, completing more than 400,000 SF of office lease negotiations in Seattle last year. Greg originally started his career with Colliers in 2005.

Her background as a landlord office broker, in-house office landlord representative in charge of The Benaroya Company’s Class A downtown Seattle portfolio, real estate syndicator and owner of commercial real estate has provided her with unique insight, that has particularly benefitted her landlord clients.
Laura has represented over 8,000,000 square feet of office space in Seattle from Lynnwood to Georgetown including some of the largest class A Office buildings in the region; Russell Investments Center, 999 Third, 1201 Third, 901 Fifth and Century Square. Laura is results-driven and extremely focused. The depth of Laura’s experience and her extraordinarily successful landlord leasing track record demonstrate her passion for excellence and strong ability to strategically position and market assets effectively. She was awarded the prestigious 2017 NAIOP Night of the Stars SIOR Office Broker of the Year award.

David Abbott joined the Colliers International office in Seattle, Washington in 2013 as a Senior Vice President. He specializes in Office Leasing in the greater Puget Sound region. His diversified real estate practice includes the representation of a variety of companies including institutions, Fortune 500 companies and local startups. He has a proven track record of successfully implementing real estate solutions for his clients, both on a local and national level, by providing detailed market insight and specifically tailored results.
Connor McClain in the past eight years has rapidly
become a leader in the Seattle market with Portfolio
Management services. Mr. McClain entered the
industry in 2012 and specializes in the
representation and management of many local and
nationally based companies, along with institutional
