Technical Support Specialist
In the Technical Services arena, I enjoy playing a key role in helping co-workers be more efficient. Core to my position is to diagnose and resolve technical issues; identify improved technical processes and tools; and provide exceptional customer service to my peers.
Prior to joining Colliers, I was a Systems Support Analyst with HomeAdvisor, where I was sole tech support for its Indianapolis office – overseeing hardware/software, end users, server room, plus troubleshooting in-office and numerous remote users. Prior to that, I was in IT/Helpdesk Support for Advantage Health Solutions, a major health insurance provider.
