Professional Summary

Catherine joined Colliers International and the Lease Administration team in 2010. She is responsible for the daily Corporate Lease Administration.  Her responsibilities include processing rent payables/receivables, collecting balances, assessing late fees/interest charges, monthly financial reporting, budgeting, analysis of operating expense reconciliation, lease data entry, general ledger audits, lease interpretation/abstraction, client invoicing and many other administrative duties. Client satisfaction remains consistently high. She also has an extensive background in residential property management, accounting and mortgage lending.

Accomplishments

 Catherine is complimented on her organizational skills, ability to learn quickly and attention to detail.  She has been requested to assist with training, creation of an Operations Manual, on boarding new accounts and more.
