Customer Success Lead
Chad Lofdahl serves as the Customer Success Lead (USA) for Colliers International. In this role, Chad focuses on driving the adoption of Colliers' technology offerings such as REscour and Colliers CRM. Chad supervises the onboarding of process of these tools from start to finish, and works directly with Colliers employees to ensure their understanding of how these technologies can make them more successful in their business. Chad has also been charged with collecting and prioritizing product enhancement requests from the users.
Chad's background in technology extends back to his time with one of the fastest growing tech companies in North America, where he was integral in building out their customer success department.

Jake Edens serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation (USA) for Colliers International. In this role, Jake leads a team of innovators whose primary focus is building a cutting-edge commercial real estate technology platform to drive exceptional results for Colliers professionals and clients. Under Jake’s oversight, Colliers growing technology platform incorporates proprietary technology applications including Colliers360 and REscour, combined with powerful external technology and data resources, to create a leading-edge platform of resources.
Prior to Colliers, Jake founded REscour, a commercial real estate data platform and decision engine, where he served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding REscour, Jake served as COO of Apphelper, a social gaming company based in Atlanta, where his primary focus was on product management and new customer acquisition. In his five years at Apphelper, he grew the user base to many millions which led to a successful exit in 2012.
Jake entered the commercial real estate field with Trammell Crow, where he held a sales role in the company’s Atlanta brokerage division in Atlanta.

Yvette Lee serves as the Director, Business Solutions of Technology and Innovation (USA) for Colliers International. In this role, Yvette leads efforts to deliver commercial real estate technology solutions with a primary focus on CRM and client-facing tools for Colliers professionals and clients. In collaboration with Business Leaders, Brokers and key business representatives, Yvette collects business and user needs to incorporate into the design and delivery of innovative tools. Yvette’s role drives the delivery of feature enhancements, integration of 3rd-party applications and data quality assurance across technology platforms.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Yvette led the effort to successfully transition multiple CRM applications for a global organization into a single "Global CRM Platform" and delivered value through improvement of business processes and technology enhancements. A key result was delivery of a significant cost savings by executing on the consolidation resulting in leverage of resources, tools and vendor management.

Chris Lexmond is the Vice President of Engineering and Product Development (USA) for Colliers International. In this role, Chris leads product teams focusing on building a cutting-edge commercial real estate technology platform to drive exceptional results for Colliers professionals and clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Chris was the co-founder of REscour, a commercial real estate data platform and decision engine, where he served Chief Technology Officer. Prior to co-founding REscour, Chris created DevMap, a crowd-sourced mapping platform tracking developments across the country, and he led engineering and product development at RentAdvisor, a multifamily technology company, which was acquired by ApartmentList in 2013.
