Chad McCardell joined the Colliers Nashville office with an extensive career in the commercial real estate industry. Chad serves a nationwide client base of institutional owners for acquisition and disposition assignments. Additionally, he provides brokerage representation for tenants and landlords of industrial space users. Previously, Chad spent eight years with Colliers in the Central California office, where he completed over $97.5 million in transaction value and sold/leased 9.6 million square feet of industrial space.
Chad most recently led an industrial team with the disposition and leasing of a 75-acre industrial park in Fresno, CA, that included 26 build-to-suit opportunities. Remaining an active broker in California, Chad is currently representing a developer of a 30-acre build-to-suit asset.
Before joining Colliers, Chad partnered with Fortune Real Estate in Fresno, CA, where he began his commercial real estate career.
