Accomplishments

Prior to joining Colliers, Chad Young was the Vice President, National Director - Recruiting for Marcus & Millichap, where he was intrumental in creating the firm's current and highly successful recruiting strategy. In that role, he managed and developed recruiting strategies for both the investment sales and origination sides of the business.  

Within a span of three years, Chad and his team generated over $80,000,000 in gross commissions for Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI). In addition, he personally led and successfully executed searches for C-level and senior management roles (CIO, Head of Marketing) within the organization. Over a period of just 6 months, Chad directed the selection, implementation, and data migration for the firm's first Applicant Tracking System (ATS). He also developed and implemented a robust national campus recruiting program, targeting emerging real estate talent from top universities. This led to raising the profile of Marcus & Millichap's Sales Mentorship Program nationally.
