Testimonials

Jeremy Nash, Real Estate Transaction Manager at ThyssenKrupp North America

To say that Chadd goes above and beyond in meeting expectations would be a gross understatement. His market knowledge and expertise is great and he is always proactively identifying and resolving issues. There is no detail that is too small for him, and no task that he has not volunteered to take on for the benefit of his clients. But where he has really set himself apart is post-transaction, because Chadd has demonstrated on several occasions that he does not view his work as complete when the deal is signed and he receives his compensation – even if it means working while on vacation in Europe. I would recommend him to anyone without any reservation.

P. Owen Parker, Executive Vice President at Lloyd Engineering, Inc.

Chadd is a tireless and consummate professional whose strategic approach produced exceptional results. His knowledge of the market, control of the process and ability to motivate owners/landlords made the difference in our negotiation. What impressed me the most was his continued commitment after the lease was signed to ensure we were operational on a tight timeline. I trust Chadd as our real estate advisor and recommend his services.

Candace Caley, Managing Partner - National Financial Services Practice, SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC

Through Chadd’s unrelenting persistence, Colliers was able to identify two firms to sublease our original space as well as to secure ideal space for us in another building close by with much better access and parking for our clients. They negotiated the subleases and the new SolomonEdwards lease simultaneously in 45 days. Their creative and strategic approach resulted in significant savings! Their knowledge of the market and building ownership, along with their experience as a strong tenant advocate, was critical in identifying a landlord that had the ability and desire to offer significant concessions. SolomonEdwards now has office space that is more functional and improves the way we do business as well as the moral of our employees.

Liz K. Butler, CFO Lucas/Eilers Design Associates LLP

We have always represented ourselves in every lease we’ve signed since 1995, thinking we could get the best deal possible. Of course we had no knowledge of current rates, comparable deals in the area, or any extra benefits to include in our negotiations. This time we took a change and used Chadd Bolding to represent our firm and we were without a doubt thankful to have him on our side.

Chadd was in the process of completing a negotiation in our old building so we felt his knowledge of that deal would benefit us. He was extremely processional, experienced and a great negotiator. Being an interior design firm, we are quite particular about every detail, and Chadd tirelessly listened to each concern of ours and worked with our new landlord to make these things happen.

John Chiang, Executive Vice President Sueba USA Corporation

We are a commercial real estate developer with over 30 years’ experience negotiating real estate transactions and working with brokers. As a tenant in 1800 West Loop for decades, and being in the real estate business ourselves, we traditionally work directly with the landlord on lease renewals. However, for our most recent renewal, Sueba USA decided to engage Chadd, and that was a great decision. Chadd always had our best interests in mind and he had a great ability to work with and motivate the landlord to our benefit.

Chadd is a professional in every sense of the word, and his services far exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Chadd to my business associates, and I look forward to working with him and Colliers in the future.
