I started in real estate in 1996 as a customer service representative at Edward Surovell Realtors, a local residential real estate company (now Howard Hanna). From there I obtained my license and worked full-time as an assistant until I moved into processing closings at Surovell Title. From 2009-October 2019, I was the office manager for a top residential Realtor in Ann Arbor who did over 76 million in sales and 157 transactions in 2019.

Gerald brings significant experience in the manufacturing and construction fields to his position at Colliers International. His involvement in sales, project management, site location analysis and major projects coordination positions him to serve the Coliers International client base effectively. Gerald has extensive experience with the Big 3 and Tier One automotive manufacturing industry. His background brings a history of highly visible projects which demanded confidentiality, rapid turnaround and coordination of multiple platform teams.
Courtney comes to Colliers from a background in publishing and advertising agencies, supporting ad sales at Forbes, Men’s Health and Women’s Health, and STACK Magazine, all based in New York City. She returned to the Midwest and worked in various marketing capacities, including client management at a B2B agency based in Ann Arbor. Brought on to lead marketing for the Ann Arbor office under Jim Chaconas, she brings her focus on customer service and sales support in all her efforts. Courtney also does freelance video production for the University of Michigan.
