Tom is on the Colliers Retail and Land Team with over 24 years of experience.
Tom was with Fina Oil Company for 17 years working in the marketing department prior to becoming a commercial real estate agent. During that time he handled surplus property sales, site selection and feasibility studies in addition to petroleum sales to distributors. His last position was sales manager for the Florida district.
Tom has focused his real estate career on site selection and surplus property disposition for oil companies, petroleum jobbers, fast food and restaurant companies and others. In addition to retail expertise Tom represents developers in assembling land parcels for residential subdivision developments. Tom’s listings include retail land, interstate interchange sites, retail buildings, convenience store/gas stations, restaurants and more.

Examples of companies he represented are Thorntons, Amoco, Automated Petroleum, 7-Eleven, Circle K, Wells Fargo, Zaxby’s, Checkers, Taco Bell, Applebee’s and Burger King franchisees, Pep Boys, Advance Auto Parts, United Rentals, Bright Horizons and other retailers. Property disposition for companies like GE Capital, Krystal, and Circle K.
In addition to retail expertise Tom has represented developers in assembling land parcels for residential subdivision developments. His listings include restaurants and other retail buildings, convenience store/gas stations, retail land, interstate/interchange sites and more. He has sold office & industrial buildings as well.

Michael Strober has more than four decades of experience in real estate finance and investments. During these past 40 years, he has been involved in the origination, placement and/or sale of properties totaling more than $10 billion. Michael specializes in structuring debt and equity investment for retail, office, industrial, and multi-family property types.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Michael was Senior Vice President with CBRE, Inc. where he originated loans in excess of $4 billion for assets throughout the Unites States. He began his mortgage banking endeavors in 1970 and has spent most of his career in New York with Sonnenblick-Goldman Corporation; Pearce, Mayer & Greer; and Mortgage Corporation of America.

Mike Milano, CCIM, MAI, is a Managing Director and has been with Colliers for 20 years. Mike has sold retail properties throughout Florida, and is consistently a top producer having sold in excess of $2.0 billion since joining Colliers. Holding both a CCIM and MAI designation is a rare accomplishment and speaks to Mike’s skill as a professional. Mike oversees retail investment sales throughout Florida, providing acquisition and disposition services to institutional and private clients.
Mike specializes in the sale of credit anchored shopping centers, lifestyle centers, enclosed malls, freestanding, net-leased retail and redevelopment properties. Mike has formed strategic alliances with mortgage brokers and lenders active in today’s market. This helps provide clients with access to both debt and equity.
Mike also has extensive experience assisting private clients, lending institutions and special servicers with disposition and workout solutions for challenging assets as well as performing and non-performing debt.
