As a vice president in the Colliers | Chicago Occupier Services group, my focus is currently in the tech sector and other niche verticals where I enjoy adding value to any client relationship well beyond that involving their office/real estate. My interest is first "how can I help" followed by "how can we work together?"
"My interest is my client's best interest, always."
Having created a multitude of major hospitality companies, the latest achieving $23 million in annual revenues, employing over 750 people across eight states, I realized it was time to exit. Now my passion is leveraging my experience to help new and growing companies excel (and make strategically sound real estate decisions) while being able to spend time with my most significant achievement: my family.
My experience within major ad agencies early in my career, followed by being a successful entrepreneur starting, owning and operating businesses for almost two decades provides a very unique ability to work with companies of all sizes.

Chicago - Downtown
With a focus on tenant representation in the downtown Chicago office market, I have gained an extensive understanding of the real estate leasing process. My practice focuses on providing counsel for a diverse group of clients including law, consulting, marketing, financial services, trading and technology firms. With 16 years’ experience, I am an expert in developing and executing real estate strategies which maximize my clients’ economic outcomes, all while ensuring real estate is always aligned with the company’s short and long-term business operating objectives.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I spent nine years at Transwestern as senior vice president where I specialized in tenant representation. I began my real estate career at Insignia/ESG and later CB Richard Ellis following the merger of those two firms.
