Investment transactions remind me of riding my mountain bike. It’s a challenging sport, where you’re constantly planning ahead while focused on immediate task at hand. Throughout either a typical day in the office or a ride on a mountain bike you encounter plenty of obstacles, sometimes it’s muddy and sometimes it’s fast, however, the challenges are a thrill and nothing beats the satisfaction of finishing the deal. That’s one of the things that drew me to commercial real estate.

Before becoming an investment broker, I was a research analyst so I always have my eye on what is going on in the market and the outlook to the future. It is not only beneficial to me to stay up-to-date, but my clients rely on my extensive market knowledge in what has become a fast-changing marketplace.  My partners and I dig deep into research to guide clients accurately on their investment decision making.

Since partnering with Steve Timmel and Jeff Johnston in 2001, we have assisted clients in closing over $1.8 billion in investment tractions totaling over 27 million square feet of space. Our team prides itself on being honest, providing accurate analysis and driving value for our clients. Commercial real estate investment transactions, similar to a mountain bike ride, demand significant attention to detail and if you hard work and hustle you can thrive. Coming in to the office to work on a transaction is a blessing and something I am happy to do every day.
