As an associate vice president with Colliers International, I specialize in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily investment properties across metropolitan Phoenix, in partnership with Matt Roach, associate vice president. With a focus on Class B and C stabilized and underperforming multifamily assets, our team represents both buyers and sellers. We work with a range of equity groups, primarily private equity and individual investors.

Combining our local market knowledge with Colliers’ extensive national platform and resources, our team offers superior services to capitalize on opportunities for our clients. We are focused on building and growing long-term client relationships that last beyond a single transaction.

My expertise includes acquisitions, dispositions, property rehab, bulk condos, 1031 exchanges, valuation, market research, negotiations, financial modeling and due diligence.

Recognizing the challenges of an ever-changing marketplace, I align sales and acquisition strategies to deliver optimal results. I facilitate clients’ business goals, while eliminating barriers to success. By providing informative and detailed market information and analysis, clients are able to make educated business decisions.

My in-depth understanding of investment sales and capital markets is invaluable in assisting clients with complex transactions and financing. My ability to proactively anticipate and respond to issues ensures a smooth process for all parties. I have extensive experience in sales, marketing and entrepreneurship. My background in both business and sports has given me exceptional skills in sales, analysis and negotiations. Prior to joining Colliers, I was a senior vice president specializing in multifamily investment sales with ORION Investment Real Estate in Phoenix for four years.

I also had a successful college career playing Division 1 baseball, which was an early source for my drive and determination.
