As a team member on the Occupier Advisors team working with Chris Wiley and Matthew Ball, I focus my attention on advising a wide variety of tenants in the Denver market. I view myself not only as an extension to my team’s successful track record in the industry for over the past twenty years, but also as a liaison to our clients’ businesses, and therefore enjoy identifying creative options to accommodate our client’s goals, their company culture and their efforts to retain/recruit vibrant talent.
My role has grown exponentially since joining Colliers in the Fall of 2016 as a Lease Administrator. While I still work in the capacity of Lease Administrator handling the account of one of the largest cybersecurity firms in the world, I transitioned my skill set into a Transaction Management role, assisting my team with the real estate process for our clients from site selection through the lease process. By way of hard work and a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate market during my time as Transaction Manager, I made the transition to Broker Associate. I take great pride in having a strong work ethic, and in leveraging my market intel gained from lease administration and transaction management to help assist our clients in navigating their real estate needs. My diverse role here allows for constant evolution which energizes and excites me to come to work every day.
Lisa has over 20 years of executive administrative experience in the commercial real estate and legal industries and oversees the marketing and day-to-day operations of the office tenant representation team.
Lisa also obtained her Colorado Real Estate license in 2011 to better assist the brokers she supports.
