New Profit's most recent office move was enormously successful thanks in large measure to the work of the team at Colliers International Their deep knowledge of the Boston commercial real estate market coupled with their understanding of a nonprofit's office needs made them an ideal partner for us. Their patience, flexibility, and adaptability allowed us to find a space that is ideally suited to our work requirements, is extremely accessible for our employees and our partners, and is compatible with our financial constraints. The new space not only meets our operational needs, but it has also enhanced our organizational culture and is an attractive and welcoming environment for our broader community.
The Colliers International team was able to work with our somewhat challenging and inflexible timeline to consider all of the criteria for our new office space from location to square footage to the number of conference rooms, and to keep within our targeted budget. They also introduced us to a number of different architectural firms and guided us through the negotiation process with our landlord. Altogether, their partnership enabled New Profit to find an outstanding new space that works for us on every level.
