Mr. Cuddy joined Colliers International in March of 2018 as an Executive Vice President on the Urban Brokerage Team. For the prior twenty-four years, he worked at CBRE/New England as an Executive Vice President and Partner in their urban group. He is a trusted advisor and consultant for companies’ real estate needs, locally, domestically and abroa, with some of his notable tenant representation assignments including:

  • Brown Rudnick – Boston HQ lease extension at One Financial Center (125,000 SF)
  • Brown Rudnick – NYC lease extension at 7 Times Square (75,000 SF)
  • Wayfair’s European HQ in Berlin, Germany (110,000 SF)
  • Boston Offices – coworking offices at 53 State Street and One Boston Place
  • Growing technology companies such as Maven Networks, Acquia, Swirl, Networks, eRecruit, Clear Ballot
  • Architectural firms such as Goody Clancy, Cubellis and Associates, and Shepley Bullfinch
