As a member of the Hartford Investment Sales team, I specialize in the sale of single and multi-tenant NNN investment properties in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts, and beyond. My core business is representing and advising institutional and private investors, high net worth individuals, developers, private equity groups, REIT’s, franchisors, and franchisees in the disposition of their net leased property. I also represent public and private companies in sale leaseback transactions.
My top priority is working together with my clients to understand what their goals are and using a personalized approach to accomplish them. In order to stay competitive in this fast changing world, technology needs to be part of the equation. I take pride in utilizing the newest technology in order to deliver results to my clients in the most efficient and streamlined way possible.
My team has developed relationships with a long list of established and qualified investors. We use these relationships to find the best match and achieve maximum value for our clients.
I also work closely with our Hartford based Industrial Leasing team and National Corporate Solutions team on select assignments. This gives me a valuable, 360-degree perspective on commercial real estate transactions.
When not in the office, you can find me on the golf course or cheering on my beloved Boston sports teams. Before starting my career in Commercial Real Estate, I enjoyed a brief career as a professional baseball player. Prior to playing professionally, I was a 4 year starting pitcher and Captain of the Division 1 UMass baseball team.

As a member of the investment sales team based in the Hartford office of Colliers International, I bring a thoughtful, cohesive, and modern approach to my client's investment real estate acquisition, disposition, or advisory needs. During my tenure at Colliers I have had the opportunity to work on industrial, office, and retail transactions ranging from $1M to $60M.
Prior to entering the real estate field with Colliers, I assisted high net worth individuals and institutions navigate the debt and equity markets with Merrill Lynch in New York.
When not tackling tough real estate challenges with my clients, I can be found spending time outdoors with my wife Kate and son Charlie, in the kitchen or on the grill, and cheering on the Colorado Buffaloes.

I’m a principal at Colliers International and have been a trusted commercial real estate advisor to many clients for over 15 years. As part of my leadership responsibilities, I manage the Hunt/Cafasso Investment team focusing on single tenant net leased investment sales nationwide. Additionally, I provide options for clients to find the best combination of image, efficiency and value along with providing guidance on lease versus own scenarios. I further manage capital resources and control costs depending on the clients financial requirements. I’m known for negotiating transactions that provide flexibility for growth focusing on the operational structures. I utilize specialized market knowledge to leverage the my client’s position and seize new opportunities.
