Corey M. Mason is a Brokerage Associate with Colliers International | Greater Cincinnati specializing in Multifamily Investment sales throughout the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton markets. Corey joins a Colliers Team that has sold apartment communities totaling over 22,000 units with a value in excess of one billion dollars in Ohio the past ten years. Corey’s knowledge base obtained from being a Cincinnati native paired with his recent commercial real estate research experience allows him to understand market trends and opportunities that provide enterprising solutions for each of his clients.

Prior to joining the Commercial Real Estate industry in 2016, Corey attended the University of Cincinnati where he graduated with Bachelors in Criminal Law. At UC, he was a member of the varsity football team for four years. In 2013, Corey won the Special Teams player of the year award and had the opportunity to learn from esteemed coaches, super bowl champions and philanthropic leaders. From these insights, he absorbed many business lessons that transfer to the commercial real estate today. He learned through football that winning is in the details and the will to win starts with preparation, work ethic and discipline. This skillset provides him the determination and knowledge to always find a way to win for the client.

Corey joined Colliers International | Greater Cincinnati in 2018 as a Brokerage Associate after working as the Research Coordinator in CBRE’s Cincinnati office. In that position, Corey was responsible for the collection, aggregation and analysis of data regarding office, industrial, retail and multifamily asset classes, along with capital markets. Corey gained extensive knowledge about the real estate market through this role with the proven ability to analyze the market conditions and trends to accelerate his client’s success.

INVESTMENT STRATEGY

The Cincinnati multifamily platform will base its focus on assets across the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton markets and into additional key tertiary markets in the Midwest. We will focus on assets constructed post-1970, with a minimum of 50 units and a minimum $1M list price. We plan to outperform and surpass the current competition of ARA, Cushman & Wakefield, Capstone, CBRE, Marcus & Millichap, and the like.

Corey has a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Law from the University of Cincinnati, where he was a member of the football team.

He lives an active lifestyle filled with traveling with his family, golfing, hunting and attending sporting events.
