Professional Summary
I am a Vice President of Colliers International | South Carolina as well as the Director of the Commercial Brokerage Team | Columbia. I have been with Colliers since 1995, specializing in site selection, land brokerage and the sale of retail/owner-occupied properties. I have completed over 300 transactions with a cumulative value in excess of $231 million. I pride myself in my experiences in land brokerage and my market knowledge of South Carolina. I have the highest degree of integrity and always am looking at a deal from my clients’ perspective. As a leader of my brokerage team, I oversee all aspects of a project and am determined to help my team members and clients reach their goals.

Since joining Colliers, I have enjoyed many successes and achieved recognition as a Life Member of the Circle of Excellence by the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association and was awarded Central Carolina REALTORS® Association’s Top Sales Agents in 2009 and 2016. I have received Colliers | South Carolina’s Production Award, President’s Award which recognizes outstanding achievement and Sales Associate of the Year for highest sales volume. In 2016, I was recognized by Colliers International US in its Everest Club, which recognizes the top ten percent of all Colliers International brokers nationally for revenue generation. I am a 1998 graduate of Leadership Columbia and was also named to The State newspaper’s “20 under 40” in 2010.
Community Involvement
As an active member of my community, I currently serve on The City of Columbia Planning Commission. I have been a campaign Leader for the United Way of the Midlands, a Vestry member for Trinity Cathedral, a Committee Member for Healthy Learners and a coach for local youth baseball and basketball teams. I recently served as Chairman of the Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina.

Typically, this requires attention to location, visibility, ingress/egress, pricing, zoning, signage, individual market trends, market footprints and overall feasibility, among many other factors that are important and unique to each client.
My number one priority is delivering the best service to my clients. I pride myself in being an asset in finding a solution to a client’s need and define my own success through the success of my clients.

As a Brokerage Associate with Colliers International | South Carolina and a member of the land and commercial brokerage team, my primary focus is on the sale of large recreational tracts and timber acreage. I work with various groups of clients, from investors seeking timber acreage to enthusiasts looking for recreational land for hunting and other outdoor activities. South Carolina is known for its prime timber and recreational land, and my goal is to make each parcel beneficial to all who use it.
I consider myself an avid outdoorsman, and for those interested in this unique type of land, my passion for and knowledge of outdoor recreation makes me an invaluable resource. I believe in the instrumental knowledge and priceless experiences with family, friends and communities that recreational land can offer. At the same time, my experience with evaluating properties from an investment perspective is essential in guiding investors, especially those who are out-of-state and seeking insight into timber investment properties across South Carolina.

Land sales can be notoriously complicated, with many ups and downs, yet my clients know that I will advance their interests at every turn.
