Crissy is passionate about innovation and productivity in the workplace; constantly seeking a better way and helping others succeed are a couple of her daily drivers.
Crissy develops and expands marketing and technology platforms for the Houston office and contributes to the Southwest region.
She started as the marketing specialist at the front desk of a boutique commercial real estate firm in 2007, with her first assignment of building their website. From there learning commercial real estate and bringing the best marketing practices to the CRE realm has been her focus.
In 2010 that boutique firm merged with Colliers' Houston office where Crissy was promoted to marketing director, now chief marketing officer, and has been responsible for the organization's marketing efforts. Crissy designs and conducts in-house training programs to elevate staff knowledge and to enhance new business skills. She organizes and executes company events and recognition programs to support and promote a positive work culture. In January of 2020, she became a principal of the firm.
Some of Crissy's career highlights include being named Colliers U.S. Marketer of the Year, partaking in Fort Bend's Leadership Class program, being recognized as a local Top 40 Under 40, and taking home awards for Best Market Intelligence and Driving Business Efficiencies & Effectiveness.
Crissy earned the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) from Colliers University. CPMC is the first and only accreditation for commercial real estate marketing professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry, and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.

Caroline has been actively involved in the operations of Colliers for over twenty years. Originally hired by the company as a bookkeeper on a contract basis, she now serves as chief operating officer. Caroline also serves as Colliers Administrator and MCA Coordinator. Prior to joining Colliers, Caroline was employed by an independent investor, her duties focusing on accounting and taxes. In addition, she worked as a special project technical assistant with Aramco Services Company, the American subsidiary of the Saudi national oil company.
Molly joined the Colliers in Houston office in October 2018. In her role as Senior Marketing Coordinator, she provides assistance to several departments along with maintaining digital marketing and the company processes. Her role includes driving the brand through updated marketing collateral, press releases and market report publishing. Along with those tasks Molly also maintains colliers.com content, tracks media mentions and marketing analytics, she generates REMS proposals, and supports the organization of company events, monthly meetings and onboarding processes.
Molly has expertise with various marketing platforms, such as InDesign, Smartsheet, and HubSpot.

Chris Pagano joined the marketing department at Colliers in Houston in 2021, bringing more than 10 years of design and marketing experience to the team.
As the Creative Manager, Chris supports the company’s creative needs while maintaining and building upon the Colliers brand. His responsibilities include custom graphics and illustrations, signage, collateral layout and design, custom site plan and floor plan creation, photo editing and touchups, client services overflow support, and all other creative services needed.
Chris also works closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and client service coordinators to assist with daily marketing tasks and to advance our marketing efforts.

Crystal Kingsbury joined the Houston marketing and research team in June 2022 as Marketing Manager, where she specializes in public relations, digital marketing, company outreach and events.
She brings more than 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, with expertise in business development, market growth implementation, and management of comprehensive marketing campaigns which integrate content creation, public relations, social media, in-person training and webinar events.
Crystal serves on the Advisory Committee for the Digital Marketing Program at Texas A&M University. She has earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/ research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Crystal has served in various marketing and training roles throughout the Houston and Austin area. She majored in marketing with an emphasis on English at Southern Nazarene University. She has also maintained industry best practices by creating and spearheading local and statewide training within the real estate sector.
Patsy joined Colliers in 2023 as the Research Director and has more than 40 years of communications, research and statistical analysis experience in the commercial real estate industry. She produces annual and quarterly market-area reports and project-specific custom reports for client presentations while effectively utilizing commercial real estate tools and databases.
Patsy has a deep understanding of how to capture real estate data, analyze market trends and provide meaningful data-driven insights to assist clients in finding solutions to meet their real estate needs.
Previous Roles
- Senior Insight Analyst/Research Manager for Avison Young’s Houston office from 2018-2022. Responsible for leading market research by tracking and analyzing key economic and market trends. Maintained office and industrial building data and comps in a proprietary in-house database.
- Senior Market Analyst for Commercial Gateway, the commercial division of the Houston Association of Realtors, and for CDS Market Research.
- Served as Communications/Research Director for The Horne Company and Grubb & Ellis.
- Edited a local monthly magazine, a weekly newspaper and a special section for the Houston Post.
Danny joined Colliers Houston in July 2023 as President of the firm's brokerage operations which includes over 120 brokers, marketing and administrative staff. With over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Danny has been involved in many facets of the business including brokerage, marketing, research, technology, management and operations. As Colliers and the Houston market continues to expand, Danny's focus is to develop, recruit and assist the top brokers in the market and provide their clients with a high-level of service.
Prior to relocating to Houston in 2023, Danny was the Executive Managing Director & Market Leader for over 5 years for the Central & West Florida markets at Colliers, which encompass the metropolitan areas of Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater, Sarasota, Ft Myers and Naples. While in Florida, Danny managed a team of over 145 professionals that focused on the leasing and sales of all property types, including Office, Medical, Industrial, Retail, Multifamily, Land, and Debt/Equity Mortgage Banking as well as niche services including Student Housing, Seniors Housing, Marinas, Golf Courses, and Hotels/Hospitality.
From 2014 to 2018, Danny worked at Xceligent, one of the leading providers of commercial real estate information and research. Throughout Danny’s tenure at Xceligent, he grew from a local Sales Rep in Florida to quickly becoming Regional Vice President of Sales for the Florida markets and then Executive Vice President of National Accounts before becoming Chief Revenue Officer. Danny oversaw a team of 9 Regional VP’s, 60+ outside sales reps, 20+ inside sales reps and 20+ customer success and marketing professionals. He was also heavily involved in product and development efforts within the organization.
Danny’s career started at Colliers within the Orlando office where he began as an intern for the research department before becoming the GIS/Research & Technology Administrator as well as various other roles before becoming an Office broker specializing in landlord and tenant representation throughout the greater Orlando market.
Danny was the recipient of the Orlando Business Journal's 40 under 40 in 2022 and recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Orlando by the Orlando Sentinel.
