Research Coordinator | South Carolina
As Research Coordinator for Colliers International | South Carolina, I am responsible for collecting market data and creating quarterly market reports for various property types statewide, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily and investment real estate. I am also involved in on-demand research projects for Colliers South Carolina brokers and clients and strive to be an asset for our clients and brokers by providing the best market intelligence that is available to them. I am also involved in research initiatives related to the expansion of Colliers’ corporate services and advisory offerings to clients across South Carolina.
I consult with people who are considering entering the South Carolina market and assist in offering them an unbiased review of any market in the state. My experience in commercial real estate gives me a deeper understanding of the terminology and real estate processes, allowing me to provide the highest quality of research services to Colliers’ clients.
I am a past volunteer at Deerfield Elementary School, where my son is a student. In the past, I have volunteered for the Salvation Army and the Washington Street Child Development Center. I previously coached 3- to 4-year-old children in soccer at the YMCA and was a helper for the children’s basketball program at the Columbia First Church of the Nazarene. I served on the Festival of Trees Committee in 2011 and was a volunteer through SOAR Sports programs at the Cornerstone Presbyterian Church.
Before working at Colliers, I worked as a residential real estate agent with investment properties in South Carolina, where I gained valuable knowledge of the real estate industry that I can apply to my work at Colliers.
Prior to becoming the Research Coordinator for Colliers International | South Carolina, I served as the Executive Assistant and ReApplications (CoStar Brokerage Applications) administrator, where I supported the brokerage teams with the administration of the lease document process and production of proposal materials for the Executive Vice President and for several Brokerage Associates. After gaining attention from management for my high attention to detail, organizational skills and overall market knowledge, I was promoted to Research Coordinator for the state of South Carolina.
