Dan had the honor to represent Simeon Commercial Properties acquiring 30+ acres, assist with planning product type and handled the immediate 100% lease up for this 400,000 SF of Class A buildings!  Dan and Casey Ricksen continue with releasing various spaces of the Mt. Eden Business Park at the San Mateo Bridge approach in Hayward, CA. 

In San Leandro, Dan played a large role in the sale of the 40 acre, 700,000 SF Caterpillar, San Leandro plant to Pacific Union Company coupled with a 110,000 SF lease to Home Depot, to kick off development of the popular WestGate San Leandro.

Next to BART in San Leandro Business Park, "Leasin Em Up " for 4 Consecutive cycle/rolls of leases for this circa 300,000 SF complex.  Site sold to and developed by Lincoln Property (Luis Belmonte & Dan Anderson) built four new buildings and restored a 132,000 SF warehouse. Dan worked with JP Morgan, Lincoln Property, Legacy Partners and SARES, REGIS Group ending with a sale to LBA Realty.

Dan is married with children now attending USD and Seattle University.  Both are working while attending College.
