Client Services Coordinator
As a client services coordinator with Colliers International in Arizona, I provide comprehensive marketing services for several brokerage professionals, whose specializations encompass landlord and tenant representation, healthcare services, and the sale and leasing of industrial, office and retail properties.
Serving as an integral member of each broker’s team, I manage marketing, client services and administrative activities in support of the brokers’ clients, property listings and business development efforts. With a thorough understanding of real estate, I eagerly contribute ideas to increase each broker's business and visibility in the marketplace. As a detailed and focused professional, I thrive in the fast-paced, deadline-driven real estate environment. Through excellent time management, I keep the brokers on-time and on-course.
My responsibilities include designing print and digital marketing collateral, developing email marketing campaigns, maintaining CoStar property listings, compiling property tour books, coordinating broker and client meetings, and managing social media. I also prepare letters of intent, lease and sale documents, due diligence materials, and property activity reports.
My advanced skills include Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Photoshop, Constant Contact email marketing, CoStar, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, FileMaker Pro, and QuickBooks. I am dedicated to continually improving my skill set to enhance services to the brokers and their clients.
Having been around residential real estate for over 30 years, I learned from the back-end how real estate works, which serves me well in my role at Colliers. I also have nine years of experience with Assessment Appeals Services LLC, as an account manager in property tax appeals, which enabled me to develop appraisal skills for commercial properties through an income and market approach.
Prior to joining Colliers, I served as a marketing coordinator with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix, with responsibility for marketing, administrative and business development support to brokerage professionals. In that role, I created and modified marketing brochures, packages and offering memorandums; designed and distributed weekly email campaigns; and created virtual tours with Matterport technology.
My background also includes managing operations and compliance for RemX Specialty Staffing, and serving as seminar coordinator for Ellen Boyle Seminars, The Real Coach, LLC.

My focus is mid-bay industrial and flex office business parks; single- and multi-tenant industrial, and ground-up developments.

Prior to joining Colliers, I was a director with Cushman & Wakefield for more than five years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation for the sale and leasing of industrial and flex properties.
My previous experience includes serving as a senior real estate manager with CAM Properties, as a member of CBRE’s Capital Asset Management group, and as a Realtor® with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International.

My career as a commercial real estate agent began in March 2004, later obtaining an associate broker’s license in 2013. Prior to joining Colliers, I was a director with Cushman & Wakefield for four years, focusing on landlord and tenant representation for industrial, retail and office properties. Previously, I served as associate broker and senior leasing director for The Corritore Company for 10 years, specializing in high-end retail project development.
I have been involved with the consultation and lease-up of several of the highest profile retail projects in metropolitan Phoenix, including Tempe Marketplace, Desert Ridge Marketplace, Westgate Entertainment District and Scottsdale Waterfront, among others.

As a senior vice president with Colliers International, I represent landlords, tenants, investors and owner/users, providing acquisition, disposition, leasing, and site selection services. Through market awareness, time-sensitive project management, aggressive and strategic negotiating tactics, and prompt communication, I assist clients in achieving commercial real estate success, while saving them time and money.
Throughout property acquisition, ownership and disposition, I advise and work with owners and landlords to maximize the value of their assets. Leveraging detailed market intelligence, I identify opportunities that help clients achieve their investment goals.
Tenants and buyers benefit from my cost-free real estate consulting services, as I educate clients on the ever-changing real estate market and how to lower occupancy costs, while achieving maximum lease or purchase concessions. I served as senior vice president at GPE Commercial Advisors, prior to the firm’s acquisition by Avison Young.
Previously, I was a senior associate with NAI Horizon, focused on national investment and distressed sales, and local medical office sales and leasing. My brokerage career began in college as an intern at Cushman & Wakefield, later joining Grubb & Ellis.
