Since 1997, Daniel Rudd has worked as a commercial real estate broker and advisor, exclusively representing corporate clients (tenant occupiers) in managing their commercial real estate holdings, lease obligations, and occupancy needs. William "Billy" Vahrenkamp is a senior vice president in the office division of the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. Billy began his career in commercial real estate in 2001 as a business development manager at Mohr Partners Inc. In 2003, he became a senior associate at Cawley International. A year later, Billy joined the corporate services advisory team as a senior associate at the Trammell Crow Company.
