David is an executive vice president in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International specializing in office tenant representation.

David brings to Colliers over eight years of tenant representation experience working with Fortune 500 clients including AT&T and Celanese. His team approach to tenant representation allows him to advise office tenants with real estate solutions, and provide with in-depth analysis, strategic planning, and project implementation.

During his career, David’s consulting assignments total over 1,000,000 square feet and are valued in excess of $50,000,000.

Accomplishments

Prior to joining Colliers International, David was a vice president at Emmitt Smith Realty Partners in Dallas, where he was one of the original members. He fostered a team approach for all transactions and pursuits while advising multiple clients. David was also Vice President at Dominus Commercial where he sourced debt and equity for multimillion-dollar acquisitions and off-market transactions for a regional bank.

Before entering commercial real estate, David worked for several years with Bear Stearns, Southwest Securities, and The Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Education:

Dave received a bachelor of economics degree from the University of Dallas and received a General Course degree from the London School of Economics.
