Sold 75 and 44 acre parcels for Southern California Edison Co. to Overton, Moore & Associates/Copley Realty Advisors. Marketed industrial buildings built on sites ranging from 10,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant to 150,000 sq. ft. single-tenant deals.

Did all negotiations on a 3-way exchange between Carson Estate Company, Garrett AirResearch and Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A., Inc. involving a 150,000 sq. ft. manufacturing building that Garrett occupied as tenant, owned by Carson Estate Company and a 20 acre land parcel adjacent to Toyota's headquarters, owned by Garrett AirResearch. The transaction took two years to complete. The parties had tried on two separate occasions to do this deal direct unsuccessfully.

Sold 65 acre parcel to Cabot, Cabot & Forbes in Torrance. Worked on resale land projects, including Holiday Inn, developer and user sales, a build-to-suit for Nikon, Inc. and 2 spec office developments that were leased and sold.

Have represented Martin Marietta Aluminum, Northrop Corp., McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, Hughes, Toyota Motor Sales, SC Edison, TRW, Johnson & Johnson, Toyo Real Estate and numerous other corporate accounts.

Represented Mattel Toys in sale of a 670,000 square foot manufacturing facility which they vacated in the City of Industry. Leased building to user during escrow.

Represented Armco Steel in the closure and sale of a manufacturing plant in Torrance to a major developer, Gascon-Mar.

Teamed on sales of over 400,000 square feet of R & D properties at Redondo Beach Business Court to 4 users.

Teamed on sale of 3 million sq. ft. industrial properties investment for AEW to Bristol Group for nearly $150,000,000.

Represented Northrop Grumman in disposition of numerous properties, including industrial buildings and land.

Involvement in over $700,000,000 in real estate transactions, including RREEF, John Hancock, Cabot Partners, Prudential, Wells Fargo, Copley Realty Advisors and Carson Estate Company.
