David Harper is a respected, 31-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry.  He specializes in leasing and selling Industrial/R&D and Office properties, focusing on San Diego's I-15 Corridor market (Rancho Bernardo, Poway, 4S Ranch, Carmel Mountain Ranch, & Scripps Ranch).  During his career, he has completed over $600 million in sale and lease transactions totaling in excess of 6.5 million square feet. In 1998, he joined the Colliers International team as Vice President.  At Colliers, he ranked in the top ten regionally in 2000, 2009, 2010, 2013, 2014 and 2015, top 5 in San Diego office in 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2014 and was a recipient of the International Awards of Excellence in 2000 and 2003, in recognition of ranking amongst the top 50 producers nationally.  Prior to his association with Colliers, he served as Senior Vice President with Coldwell Banker Commercial in Rancho Bernardo where he was recognized as their top producer for four years as well as the top industrial salesperson for eight years.  Other career experience includes commercial real estate brokerage at Rancon Real Estate and John Burnham and Company. David lives in Vista with his wife Staci, and their children, Conrad and June.
