CFO | Omaha
Denise joined Colliers International in May 2006 as the property accounting manager bringing with her six years of experience in accounting and finance. In 2007, she was promoted to controller and in 2012 she was promoted to chief financial officer where she is responsible for the oversight of the accounting functions for all of Colliers International | Omaha and Lincoln’s property management accounts and corporate accounting.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Denise was a senior financial accountant for an international engineering and construction company, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska. She was responsible for the review of quarterly subsidiary work papers and consolidations of $4 billion in annual sales and $228 million in annual net income. She was also responsible for quarterly projections and the preparation of the quarterly financial packet for upper management.
Denise was previously employed as an audit senior for a Big 4 accounting firm. In this position, Denise specialized in auditing and accounting for a variety of local businesses in the insurance, manufacturing and not-for-profit organizations.
