Appraisal experience includes a broad range of property types including retail, office, industrial, vacant commercial land, multifamily and mixed-use. Mr. Mason has performed valuations on proposed, partially completed, renovated and existing structures.
Mr. Mason served as an advisor to the Central Waterfront Committee (Long Term Stewardship Subcommittee). The redevelopment of the City of Seattle’s Central Waterfront is one of the largest redevelopment projects in the history of the Puget Sound Region. CWC was formed to advise the Mayor and City Council on the replacement of the Elliot Bay Seawall, removal of the Alaskan Way Viaduct, and redevelopment of the City of Seattle’s waterfront into the future Central Waterfront Park spanning 26 blocks.
