Using 27 years of commercial real estate experience, I specialize in sales, leasing, and site selection of retail and commercial properties, including national tenant representation and land assemblage of primarily high-exposure highway commercial properties. I have the unique ability to truly understand my clients’ business and motivations, and how they relate to real estate needs. My attention to detail, knowledge of the Twin Cities, and innate ability to close deals has helped me maintain long-term, successful relationships.

My greatest strengths are my experience and knowledge of the Twin Cities, along with my ability to understand client business and real estate needs, while achieving maximum value for both.

 

Accomplishments

Since 1994, I've provided an out-of-the-ordinary commercial real estate service to the Luther Automotive Group. The Luther Group is a 50-year-old family-run business that operates more than 32 dealerships in the Twin Cities, Cambridge, Mankato, Rochester, St. Cloud, Fargo (ND), Hudson (WI), and Little Rock (AK). Luther also operates a number of Luther Collision and Glass centers in the metro area. Working on Luther’s behalf, I've assembled, acquired or disposed of more than $100,000,000 of properties in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Nebraska with the vast majority located in the Twin Cities metropolitan area. I provide a multitude of real estate-related services in addition to traditional brokerage: from locating temporary off-site vehicle storage to assisting in the manufacturer’s application for a new dealership point. Other services include short and long term planning; site identification, selection and acquisition; and the disposition of excess properties.

Among my other clients, Kohl’s relies on me to identify and negotiate the purchase of large tracts of land or positions in shopping centers in large retail trade areas. I continue to be instrumental in the market entry of Staples Office Supply in Minnesota.

I've also represented owners in sales of larger parcels to Costco, Walmart, and various other local and national developers.
