Dickson Flake is a broker with Colliers International | Arkansas where he specializes in development economics and the financial feasibility of real estate projects. Dickson has developed more than 2 million square feet of real estate for corporate and institutional clients, including housing, office, retail and industrial space. He works extensively in brokerage and development management and is a long time real estate counselor to a number of prominent Arkansas owners. Dickson was a co-founder of Barnes, Quinn, Flake & Anderson, Inc. in 1971, the predecessor firm to the Arkansas office of Colliers International, and was a managing partner and shareholder until 2002. He has been engaged in commercial real estate services since 1965 and his experience includes development, counseling, brokerage and exchange transactions, covering office, industrial and retail sectors. He was instrumental in establishing the now common practice of development management in Arkansas. Dickson has published articles and lectured on various real estate topics.
