Donald Ellis joined Colliers in 2013 along with Senior Vice President Michelle Schierberl, bringing with them a combined 30 years of real estate experience. Mr. Ellis partnered with Michelle Schierberl in 2010 and during this partnership, the Schierberl/Ellis Team have closed over $700 million in real estate transactions. The Team focuses directly on multi-tenant retail and both non-entitled and entitled land transactions. Licensed in 5 states (CA, OR, WA, AZ and NV), the Schierberl/Ellis focuses primarily in the Southern California Market but has the ability to cater to any clients’ needs in the aforementioned states. During this tenure, noteworthy closings include Northpark Village for $59 million in Santa Clarita, CA, Temecula Town Center for $61 million in Temecula, CA Bridgeport Marketplace for $56.5 million in Valencia, CA, Chino Town Center for $32 million in Chino, CA and Gateway Town Center for $30 million in Compton, CA as well as 35 acres of land sold for Prudential at the 15/215 interchange in Murrieta.

Previous financial and real estate experience includes Lehman Brothers, ABN-Amro and Majestic Realty.
