With over ten years of commercial real estate experience and a diverse investment sales background, Ed advises clients in the acquisition and disposition of multi-tenant and single tenant investment properties nationwide.

Ed started his career with Marcus & Millichap in 2006 and worked at a boutique retail development and brokerage company before joining Colliers Houston office in 2017. Ed’s wide breadth of experience working with restaurant operators, private and institutional investors as well as developers puts him in a unique position to provide valuable insight and maximize value for his clients.

Ed’s brokerage practice has a primary focus on net leased restaurant investment sales and he has an in-depth knowledge of sale-leaseback transactions. His client list includes some of the nation’s largest quick service restaurant operators and he has successfully executed sale-leaseback programs for them in numerous states across the country.
