Eddie earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of San Diego, California.
After graduating, Eddie worked for a Hitachi subsidiary in Operations and Logistics at their Los Angeles warehouse.
He has experience in developing industrial properties in his own portfolio, and has dealt with every issue from land survey litigations to entitlement issues. He is very familiar with the development process, and the best way to navigate through the process.
In his 13 years of being a licensed broker in California, he has spent time in all fields of real estate including commercial property management, property development, and high end residential transactions in the Los Angeles area.
