In her twelve year career, she has consulted on mixed use developments balancing merchandise mix and represented tenants for market roll out and re-positioning and redevelopment programs. She is based in Atlanta but active in the Souteast  focused on multi-market tenant opportunities.

With over twelve years in the industry, Edie specializes in consulting with national, regional and local retailers and restaurants in the preparation and execution of their real estate strategy for initial market entry, growth and expansion. Her clients include Burgerfi, Catch Air, Captains Boil, Club Pilates, ‘cue barbecue, Cyclebar, Highland Bakery, Jared Galleria of Jewelry, Kay Jewelers, Millers Ale House, Row House, Stretch Labs and Kinjo Concepts, among others. Her strong local market knowledge and deep industry acumen adds value to her clients as they analyze all market factors, draft and negotiate contracts and ultimately secure prime locations. She began her career in real estate as a residential agent in 2003 and joined Colliers International in 2018.  In her career she has leased over 1.1M square feet of space with a transaction value over $300M and 400 unique deals. 

Edie has an uncanny ability to recognize emerging restaurant trends and discovers aspiring retailers everywhere she goes.
