Professional Summary

Mr. Hesselbacher has been active in the design and construction industry for 12 years. As project manager, Edward is responsible for delivering a thoughtfully designed and well–built project that achieves his client’s goals in quality, budget and schedule.  His work has varied in scope and scale - from 108,000 square foot regional cancer center for Memorial Sloan Kettering to infrastructure upgrades on Governor Island to a 60,000 square foot luxury condominium building in the West Village.  An engineer by training, Edward’s particular expertise in coordinating trades, value engineering and contract buy-out drive his projects to success.  


Before joining Colliers, Edward worked on the construction management side of the industry for Hunter Roberts managing several ground up projects with particular focus on MEP trades.  Prior to Hunter Roberts, Edward worked as an Engineer for WSP-Flack+Kurtz and Syska Hennessy.
