Liz joined Colliers in 2015. Before becoming a broker, her experience was as a real estate/transactional attorney advocating for clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions. She graduated cum laude with a degree in finance and international business from the University of Pittsburgh and earned her law degree from Hofstra University specializing in private commercial and corporate counseling. Liz brings a broad array of skills to the Colliers office team which include process management, associated with managing large client accounts, and financial and legal analytics.
Liz began her career as an attorney at Kerr Law Associates, P.C. where she represented clients in commercial and residential real estate conveyance transactions and settlements. She specialized in advising clients with self-directed IRAs on alternative investment options including real estate transactions and ensuring IRS compliance. She lectured in a series of informational, interactive real estate investment webinars at the request of IRA custodian and third party administrator.
