Professional Summary

Emily joined Colliers in October of 2012 and currently serves as the in-house Research Analyst for the Raleigh-Durham office. She strives to provide an accurate and enticing story of North Carolina’s Triangle region by delivering commercial real estate trends and relative, analytical market data for clients and brokers. Emily  provides tailored research data including: lease and sale comparables, ownership information, demographics, market conditions and economic information. She is responsible for the timeliness and thoroughness of quarterly and biannual reports for the  Office, Industrial, Retail, Multifamily and Land sectors.

Prior to joining Colliers, Emily worked in Washington, DC as the Assistant to the region’s top producing Investment Sales and Capital Markets team.
