As an associate vice president with Colliers International, I specialize in landlord and tenant representation for the leasing and sale of office properties. Serving as a strategic partner, I advise clients throughout leasing, acquisition and disposition to ensure their business and financial goals are achieved.
With a keen understanding of the objectives of both tenants and landlords, I develop equitable solutions for all parties. I match tenant and landlord requirements and design leases to meet current and future needs.

Through targeted and customized marketing, I differentiate properties in the marketplace to attract qualified tenants and buyers. I develop leasing strategies to create the right tenant mix, improve tenant retention, maximize operating income and minimize vacancies.
Leveraging my market expertise with comprehensive research, I provide strategic advice to clients on market conditions, trends, property values and capital sources to support informed real estate decisions. My platform of services includes acquisitions, dispositions, new and renewal lease negotiations, buy vs. lease analysis, site selection, expansions, consolidations, relocations, and transaction management.
With more than 11 years of experience, I am established and respected industry expert, with demonstrated success in office property sales and leasing. Prior to joining Colliers, I was an associate director with Newmark Knight Frank, specializing in office leasing and sales as a member of a three-person tenant and landlord representation team.
Previously, I was with Cushman & Wakefield as a member of the Phoenix Retail Investment Advisors, focusing on all aspects of sales, leasing and marketing of retail commercial properties. My commercial real estate career began with CBRE’s Private Capital Group, where I specialized in investment sales and was recognized as a market leader across the capital markets platform.

Senior Client Services Specialist
As a senior client services specialist, I provide marketing and client services for Rob Martensen, executive vice president; Ross Peterson, vice president; and Emily Currie, associate vice president, who specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial, office and healthcare properties and corporate solutions.
My principal responsibilities are to manage all marketing activities and assist in developing innovative marketing strategies for each client and property, including print and digital marketing campaigns. I create and distribute impactful property marketing materials to targeted prospects and the brokerage community.
In support of business development, I prepare client presentations and proposals, coordinate client and property tours, and organize open houses and special events. I also compile essential market research and analysis to provide brokers and clients with insights on market conditions and trends that affect real estate decisions.
I facilitate communications with clients, ensuring information is shared in a timely and efficient manner, and also maintain property activity reports and broker databases.
My advanced skills include Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign and PhotoShop), CoStar research, Constant Contact email marketing and Microsoft Office applications. I proactively work to expand and improve my skillset to enhance my service capabilities.
As an active member of the Colliers organization and the community, I serve on the Colliers Staff Advisory Board, Colliers AZ Cares Board and as the Workday Learning advocate. From 2008-2019, I coordinated the Colliers’ Holiday Adopt-a-Family program to provide gifts, essentials and groceries to families in need.
I rejoined Colliers International in 2008, having previously worked with Colliers in the mid-1990s.
